Roy wants you to get a taste of what you will be doing for the next stage of your life. This workout is a 30 minute home cardio workout. If you do not have a jump rope, do air jump ropes.
Roy did not design these workouts to be easy for you. Remember, his goal is to make the workouts become instinctual for you. At first, you might not remember some of the exercises, but as you continue with the program the movements will become second nature.
If you do not know a particular exercise in this workout, just do another movement you are familar with.

Roy's challenge for week 1 is for you to jump rope for 2 minutes straight without an error! Roy's challenges will progressively get harder as the weeks go by.
